Run 4 It was established in 2004 by running enthusiasts. Their shops in Scotland began in Glasgow then Aberdeen, followed by Edinburgh and Inverness. The aim in establishing the shops was to provide expertise, guidance and the highest standards of service and advice to all levels of runner in a professional, relaxed and un-intimidating environment.
Our task was to design a highly effective ecommerce site encompassing all their values and reflecting their top quality, specialist range for runners.

The main focus of the site is the online shop which is powered by activecommerce. activecommerce provides comprehensive features and functionality to the Run4It team and their customers alike. Many new features have been added to the site to ensure consistency with in-store offers and services, such as their bespoke online gift vouchers feature.
In addition to the shop, the site also boasts community-building features such as the blog, events diary (crucial to runners), competitions as well as the find a running club feature and valuable links to healthcare partnerships.
Since it’s launch in 2008, run4it.com has enjoyed significant growth in sales, visitors and conversions.
